The Authentique Eiffel studio stands out as the centrepiece, radiating a singular aura. Heritage of a rich industrial past, this space, built in 1850, hides a majestic glass roof designed by Gustave Eiffel's workshops.

This space, imbued with warmth and light, with period parquet floors and a view of the Authentic Eiffel glass roof, opens up to the sky through vast windows. It has welcomed cabinetmakers, upholsterers from Faubourg Saint-Antoine, and more recently artists.

This space, with its artisanal and artistic heritage, is distinguished by its refined atmosphere, its smooth and white walls, as well as by its view of a tree-lined courtyard. Its location on the ground floor gives it a more subdued atmosphere.

You can reserve the common areas (100m²) as well as a storage space (45m²) on the ground floor. Please note that specific compensation for the use of the common areas will be required in return for this reservation.
